PDF Generation

QPix v3.1 adds the capability to create PDF files from a series of images or 4D pictures.

The commands that provide this capability are:

QPx_CreatePDFFile Creates a PDF file from individual images.
QPx_CreatePDFBLOB Creates a PDF BLOB from individual images.
